My stay at the hotel was lovely! The room, although a bit cramped for a premier room, had a large balcony area with seating that offered a great view. I loved the comfy double bed and the nice little touches for kids. The mini-bar, AC, and lovely bathroom were all great additions.

The rooms, although large and spotless, lack personality and charm, making them feel a bit cold. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially with resolving any issues quickly. The dining options could use some improvement in organization, even though there is a decent selection. Overall, a good choice for a visit to Jerez with some room for enhancement.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area at the front, offering spacious rooms that have had recent updates. The staff, especially Anna, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The location was excellent for exploring various attractions, but some low-quality items were mixed in the decor.
